Hi Anne, I apologise for the issue. However, you could have contacted me by email to resolve the issue. Postal service is not the same as quality of my products and I have no influance on how they work. Your review hurts my business... This is your second order, so you know already that I am serious person and I take care of my Customers. You live overseas and as stated in my Terms and Conditions in the shop, delivery takes from 2 weeks to one month. After this time passes, I am I can either issue refund or resend the items at my cost ( Post Office does not insure the items, so I do pay from my own packet). I think sending an email in this case would be enough and a kind option to do. I will reissue refund for you straight away since yesterday one month has passed from postage date. I only wish you could rather complain to the Post office instead of leaving me one star review... Have a nice day!
