Did you buy a digital download file? If you already downloaded your file, you cannot get a refund.

By law, once you get your instant digital files, you lose the right to cancel the order. Any refund requests for downloaded files will be manually canceled by me.

Important Notice for Digital Downloads / Terms of Sale:

Per EU Regulation Directive 2023/2673, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to instant digital content once the performance has begun.

If your order contains digital downloads, and you explicitly consented at checkout to waive your 14-day cancellation window in exchange for immediate access to your files, your order is legally exempt from withdrawal and your request will be manually rejected.
