I am sorry for your experience. I double-checked the stamps and I didn't noticed any particular smell. As for the stickiness- that's a normal thing which happens with a good quality photopolymer stamps and I personally experienced this with stamps I bought from very good, well- known companies. I explained many times (on YT, IG, etc) how to get rid of this stickiness in a very quick and efficient way and this information is also included in the stamp desctription in my shop. The fact they are sticky means they do not stamp properly only for the first two, three times, and this is normal. That's why in majority of my videos I say that it is necessary to stamp new stamps for the first time on a piece of scrap paper to remove the stickiness. It has nothing to do with the depth of the grooves. I do have the same set of stamps and they stamp perfectly ( see photos in the stamps descriptions). It is alwasy possible to get a bad batch of stamps from production, but until now I didn't get any negative feedback from any of my Customers.
I am quite sad that based on only one stamp you ever bought from my shop, you have decided to leave me one star review, without trying to contact me first and trying to find the origin of the problem.
